A thought of the day received on Thursday 3rd January 2002. |
Do not compromise My commandments for they are the statutes for your protection through this life. Use them as a yardstick by which you live and you will know that you are doing My will. Do not lower your standards, for these are the insignia by which you are recognised. Stand firm, for if you have My commandments as your foundation you can stride out in confidence and know that I am with you. Pray to Me and I will refresh you along the way and bring joy to your journey. Praise Me as you walk and your journey will be blessed and you will see the beauty of My kingdom open before you. Do not carry the burdens of other people but give those burdens to Me and share the love that I have given to you, that through your compassion I can shine through you. For you are sowing the seeds of hope. Do not be burdened by anything for in doing so you are underestimating My power. For I can change your burdens into blessings and give you joy where there was sadness. Let the thoughts of your mind be the prayers of your heart and cherish your inheritance. Stay with Me, for through you the seeds of hope can be planted. For My kingdom will overcome the darkness of this world. 3.1.02
