A thought of the day received on Monday 14th January 2002. |
Brethren, although you are one body each one of you determines your own destination. Keep your hearts clean at all times for who can say when the last day will come? Do not live your life regretting the past, for that time will never return. Give Me your past and all the regrets that you carry, for through penitence I can cleanse your mind so that you are able to see the way ahead of you. Do not let your past be a barrier, for only I can cross the chasm that divides us. Let your spirit be lifted, and let My blessings renew your faith and strengthen your resolve. When you praise Me the thoughts of your mind must be focussed on Me to release the blessings that I have for each one of you. There are many souls that do not know Me and this quest I give to you. Sow the seeds of My love to bring light into the darkness and to bring hope to the lost souls that surround you. I do not expect miracles, but a helping hand and comforting words can light a candle of hope and bring a little joy. For raucous words offend and authority will extinguish the flame. Understand your quest is to sow seeds. Pray for the souls on your heart and bring them into My presence, and you have done all that I ask. Only I can tell when the harvest is ripe but without the sower there can be no harvest. 14.1.02
