A thought of the day received on 4th and 5th November 2002. |
You come before me with a heavy heart, and I hear your prayers. I know that your hearts are aching and that you are distraught with frustration , like an impatient child. But stand firm in your faith and draw your strength from your knowledge of Me. For when you serve, you are not serving men but you are serving Me for you are in My service. Do not let the clouds of this world's terrible troubles diminish your hope, but let it draw you closer to the truth which the world has forgotten. Come to Me so that I can take the scales from your eyes, so that you can see My glories once again. The sun rises and sets every day. Although you cannot see it, it is there, as I am always with you. Admit your own sins to yourselves and repent, for when you look at others faults you are treading in the snares that Satan has laid. Cleanse your souls and lay your fears before Me, for My will be done. Be united through prayer and draw your strength from Me alone. 4.11.02 & 5.11.02
